Drilling on a Cutting Machine is an excellent way of condensing Part production onto one machine. It reduces part Handling because the Customer is able to Complete all processes on one Machine. This also allows the Customer to produce very large Parts that could not otherwise be processed in most Machining Centers. Sector Technology provides several different sized Spindles on several of our Gantries. We provide the capability on these machines of Drilling, Tapping, Counter-boring, Counter Sinking and Boring. We are able to provide this process on both Water Tables and Down-Draft Tables with different Tool-Cooling Systems.
